I'm not on any particular diet at the moment other than calorie tracking and staying within a certain range (in my case, &lt;1500 ish).



However, I do eat only all-natural food. No crappy carbs like pasta or white bread. And I am trying to limit sugar intake (but don't use artificial sweeteners if you are doing this. Use &quot;Organic Zero&quot; from whole foods, or less real sugar).
