However, I do eat only all-natural food. No crappy carbs like pasta or white bread. And I am trying to limit sugar intake (but don't use artificial sweeteners if you are doing this. Use "Organic Zero" from whole foods, or less real sugar).
I will, I think, try to pyramid my overall carbs so I have less later in the day, but we'll see how that actually pans out.
